The employer will have to comply with any access for the disabled requirements by modifying curbs, sidewalks, entryways and work stations to allow for a wheelchair. That's gonna cost a shitload of money. Cheaper just to fire his ass and pay unemployment (if their shithole country has any). On second thought just kill him.
