Footage of the fatal shooting of 22-year old John Crawford III at a Beaverton, Ohio Wal-Mart was released after a special grand jury decided NOT to indict the two police officers who shot him.

Crawford had picked up an unpackaged air rifle and had been walking around the store with it when he was confronted by the police and fatally shot. Crawford's family and the police are disputing whether or not he obeyed police commands to drop the gun.

The Department of Justice has announced that it will conduct an investigation into his death.
