The police suspect that the same perpetrator is behind a series of brutal attacks targeting the elderly in Hässelby, Stockholm. This, according to information obtained by Aftonbladet.

The newspaper has reviewed videos circulating on social media, where an unknown man filmed himself attacking elderly individuals.

One of the videos, according to Aftonbladet, appears to show the attack on a man in his 80s that occurred on Wednesday evening. In the video, the elderly man is stabbed several times in the back while walking with his walker.

A police source told Aftonbladet that the violent assaults seem to be becoming increasingly severe.

– "At this time, we cannot comment on this case," said Robert Sennerdal, press spokesperson for the Stockholm region police, to the newspaper.
